I ordered from grmoto.co.uk and, to be fair, delivery was fine with no real hassle. The fit was okay too, but I was expecting the material to feel a bit better than it does.
It looks nice enough on the bike from a distance, but up close it feels thinner and less premium than I’d hoped. Not terrible for the price, but not exactly impressive either. I think 3 stars is fair.

I had a hard time following the instructions from grmoto.co.uk. Some of the steps felt like they were missing, and the wording didn’t really explain what to do next, especially around that part. I ended up guessing more than I expected, which was frustrating. For the price, I thought it would be a lot clearer and easier to work through.

I was a bit gutted to find the exact same thing cheaper somewhere else. The prices here are literally just too high for me

I picked this up mostly to save some weight, and yeah, it’s definitely lighter than the stock one. The fit was alright, not terrible or anything, but it did take a bit of messing around to get it where I wanted. Not a bad product at all, just thought the install would be a little easier, a little more straightforward.

I tried it expecting at least some noticeable improvement, but in actual day-to-day use, everything felt pretty much the same. Based on my experience, I can’t say I saw any real performance gain.

I was trying to find an exhaust on grmoto.co.uk and, the site felt clunky to use. Pages were loading slowly for me, and picking the right bike model took more effort than it probably should have. The menus weren’t that clear either, so I kept having to go back and try again. I can see the website might get the job done if you’ve got the patience, but I ended up giving up and looking elsewhere. It really could do with being made easier to use.

I was really hoping this would arrive in good shape, but the box came smashed up and one of the parts was scratched. Disappointing, and I regret buying it.

I tried getting help with a warranty issue and it felt like a total runaround. Replies took forever, and every time someone did answer, it seemed like I was just being passed to another person or another department. What annoyed me most was how they kept leaning on little policy loopholes instead of actually trying to help. After this experience, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

My actual order went through fine and I didn’t have any issues with that part. The problem started when I needed help afterward. From my experience, the after-sales support was really slow, and it felt like I was being ignored rather than helped. It made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered this thinking it would fit my bike based on the info provided, but it didn’t line up properly once I tried to install it. I probably should’ve double-checked the measurements myself, but the fit details really led me in the wrong direction.

I ordered a can for my bike and, to be fair, the delivery was fine and it turned up without any hassle. Fitting it wasn’t much of a problem either, and once it’s on the bike it does look decent.

The main thing that stood out to me was the welding. Some bits are tidy enough, but there are a few rough and uneven spots that make it look like it was rushed. It’s not awful, but I expected it to be a bit cleaner for the money.

It works fine and sounds alright, so I’m not going to bother sending it back, partly because I never really trust customer service to make returns easy anyway. Overall it’s okay, but the weld finish lets it down, so I’d call it a 3-star buy...

Ordered a part from Grmoto and it did turn up on time, so no issue there. But yeah, the packaging was kinda basic tbh. The box was a little crushed on one side and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. Luckily the part itself was fine, but with bike parts I’d expect it to be packed a bit more securely. Not awful or anything, just could defo be better.

I had to return something to grmoto.co.uk and honestly , it all worked out in the end . It just took a bit longer than I thought it would . They did reply to my emails , but the responses were not exactly quick . The refund came through eventually , so I cannot really complain too much . Overall it was fine , just not the smoothest return experience .

I ordered mine from Grmoto and ended up fitting it myself, which I was slightly unsure about at first, but it all went smoothly. The instructions were clear enough to follow without having to sit there scratching my head for ages, and thankfully everything lined up the way it should, so there was no messing about trying to force parts into place. In the end it took me less time than I expected, and overall it was a easy job with no real hassle.

I ordered a part from Grmoto and, to be fair, it does the job. It fitted onto the bike without any real hassle and looks decent once it’s on, but I was a bit disappointed when I noticed a couple of small marks on the finish. It also didn’t feel quite as sturdy as I thought it would for the money.

It’s not terrible by any means, and I’ll probably keep using it, but I can’t say I’m overly impressed either. I just expected it to be checked a bit more carefully before being sent out

It looked fine when I first got it, but after a few months parts of it started fading and cracking. For the price, I really expected it to hold up a lot better. I also had to chase them to get any sort of response, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

It just doesn’t look like the pictures. I opened it and… yeah, disappointed. The material looks cheap, and the overall look is way different from what was shown online
